1-By now, almost everyone has heard of Omega-3 fatty acids, right? But what are they, and why would fatty acids be so good for us?

5-You need to keep a good ratio of HDL that's the good cholesterol to the LDL that's the bad cholesterol and triglycerides is essential to a healthy body. When your L.D.L cholesterol levels are a bit too high you are much more susecptible to heart disease, heat attacks, and even a stroke.

6-H.D.L that's the good cholesterol helps prevent L.D.L that's the bad stuff remember? From becoming harmful in your body. Most Seafood products are low in L.D.L and tryglycerides and high In H.D.L cholesterol. Eating seafood in the place of red meats or other goods with saturated fats lowers your L.D.L and tryglyceride cholesterol levels.
